Halloween morning started off like any other morning...with books and cheerios! Tyler wore his "BOO" shirt that Grammy made him and went off to school for the day!
After we got home from work/school, Tyler got suited up for his role as "dragon." We had already decided that we would not be taking Tyler out for a traditional Trick or Treat this year. We had decided on going to a few friends/neighbors houses for the evening!
Tyler did great...see the halloween bucket? That was Matt's when he was little! It was the perfect size for Tyler to carry around with him.
This is Tyler's first trick or treat experience with Michael, one of our friends from a former church :) Tyler held out his bucket with prompting while we said "Trick or Treat" for him...but let's be honest. See that pumpkin on the table? Yep, that is a ceramic candle warmer. Tyler made sure to put his little hands all over that during our entire visit. He could have cared less about the candy, but wanted everything on the table!
Little goofball at another neighbor's house...we stayed at this house the longest. Matt and I had margaritas with the neighbors while Tyler ate crackers and played with random household items (tupperware, remote controls, etc.).
This was taken at the end of the night. Tyler was a perfect little dragon. He stayed up until 8:30pm and then finally headed to the bathroom for his bath. He didn't eat one piece of candy but he sure was wired and ready to play! We had a really enjoyable night!
