Journey for a Book...

I really can't tell you enough how much Tyler loves to read. If he could choose anything to do or play with, it would be to read a book. I want to show you what one of his journeys looks like when he is after a book... Ok, before I get started...how adorable is he?!

And let me show you this...Tyler could literally play for hours like this. All he needs is a coffee table and random items on the table! This is what his play time usually looks like: Pick up item from table. Put item on floor or other surface. Pick up item on floor or other surface. Place item back on coffee table. Rinse. Repeat :)

The journey begins... "Hmmm, are those my books over there in the corner?

"Oh, I'm going over there...watch out, Dresden!"

"Look, I found a book over here. I'm going to try to read it."

"Not fun. Let me find mommy. She will read it to me!"

"Almost there!"

"This is hard work!"

"Let me try to pick it up again."

"It keeps getting away from me!"

"Hmmm, let me stop for a reading break"

"I love this book!"

"Ok, I'm tired. Here, mommy!"

"Wow, that was hard work!"
