Mr. Independence...

Tyler is starting to want some things that he sees Matt and I with. I noticed it twice this morning. I was getting ready to open a prescription bag and he put his hands out to take the bag from me. Once he got it, he was happy to play with it.



Several minutes later, I was drinking some iced tea out of a pink plastic cup. He reached his hand out for the cup. Once I gave him a sippy cup, he was glad to hold it himself. He wasn't able to get anything out of the cup unless I put his head back so he could drink it. It made me laugh because eventually, he found a position (see picture with his head tilted to the side) that would allow him to get some juice out!
