Growing Concerned

We went to my appointment and had an ultrasound during the appointment. The baby was spotted on the ultrasound and a heartbeat was detected. The only concern our physician had was that the estimated gestational age was not accurate with the date of my last menstrual period. The doctor said, “Either you ovulated late or your body is trying to stop this pregnancy.” She told me that only time would tell, and scheduled us another appointment for a few days later.
